Pickup In Store

We understand that it is not always convenient to have parcels delivered to your home, & some customers prefer the personal shopping experience. That is why we are pleased to offer our Pickup In Store service.

You can pay for your items online & collect them from our shop at 28 St. Owen Street, Hereford. This service offers all the convenience of online shopping without waiting at home for a delivery.

How to Order

1. Browse our website

2. Add your chosen item(s) to your basket

3. At checkout, select "Pickup In Store" as your delivery option

4. Complete payment

5. We will contact you via email once your order is ready & arrange a convenient date & time for collection

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is ready to collect, we will send a “Ready for Collection” email. Please wait for this before visiting our shop.

Collection Times

Your item(s) may take up to 3 business days to be ready for collection. If there is any delay, we will notify you by telephone or email.

What You Will Need When Collecting

For security reasons, only the person who placed the order can collect it. We are unable to release orders to anyone else unless prior arrangements have been made.

To collect your order, please bring:

A copy of your order acknowledgement email

The original payment card (for card payment verification)

Photo ID (passport, driving licence, or UK National ID card)

Nominating Someone Else for Collection

If you are unable to collect the order yourself, please contact us in advance with the name of the nominated person. For security, they will need to present:

Their ID

Your "Ready for Collection" email, order number, & name

Please forward the email to them to ensure they have all necessary details.

Gift Wrapping

We are unable to offer gift wrapping at the time of collection, as we will ask you to confirm the item upon pick-up.

Viewing Items In Person Before Purchase

If you wish to see an item in person before buying, we can reserve it for 48 hours. Simply quote the product Ref. number when contacting us by telephone or email. There is no obligation to buy if you change your mind after viewing the item.

Payment & Order Amendments

Your payment will be pre-authorised when you place your order & processed within 48 hours. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

We will hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we will cancel it and issue a refund. Please note that, depending on your original payment method, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund.

During busier times, you may be asked to wait as we limit the number of customers in-store at one time.
