Packaging & Delivery

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information.

Due to restictions advised by the Government & NHS England, we are unable to post any items at this time. Items purchased online will be reserved & posted for delivery as soon as movement restrictions allow. We are very aware of our social responsibilities during these extreme & challenging times. Please be assured of our best attention at all times.

All Jewellery comes packaged in our presentation boxes or packaging. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 3 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or with a specialist courier, with the exception of bespoke items.

Delivery is made via Royal Mail Special Delivery or specialist courier, which should arrive the next working day following despatch.

We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK.

We will only deliver to the billing address registered to the authorised card with is authorised for the original payment.

The parcel must be signed for on receipt and this will be used as proof of delivery.

If someone without authority signs for your delivery at the address given by you it will not be the responsibility of Andrew Lamputt Silversmith & Jeweller.

As items require a signature on delivery, if you should not be available to do this and they are returned to a Royal Mail depot it becomes your responsibility to make arrangements to collect them.

There is a standard minimum delivery charge of £10.30 on all purchases.

Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, verified and accepted by ourselves and the Bank.

Whilst every effort is made to maintain stock quantities accurately there may be occasion where this system fails and if for any reason this occurs and we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you as soon as we become aware of this and provide you with a full refund.

All jewellery is dispatched in our presentation boxes or packaging, with the exception of bespoke items, but not gift wrapped. This allows the purchaser to check the items before presenting them as a gift, whilst still coming beautifully presented without the need to wrap on receipt.
